Οπλισμένο γεωπλέγμα για σταθεροποίηση πρανών
Το MacMat HS αποτελεί τη νέα γενιά υψηλής απόδοσης γεωταπήτων. Συνδυάζει ένα τρισδιάστατο πολυμερικό γεωτάπητα ενισχυμένο με το σύστημα Steelgrid της Maccaferri. Χρησιμοποιείται για εφαρμογές σταθεροποίησης πρανών υψηλών απαιτήσεων στις οποίες απαιτείται συνδυασμός προστασίας από διάβρωση και επιφανειακής σταθεροποίησης.
Το εξάγωνο χαλύβδινο πλέγμα οπλισμού έχει μηχανικά χαρακτηριστικά που υπερβαίνουν τα συνιστώμενα στην EN 10223-3. Το σύρμα είναι βαρέως γαλβανισμένο με Zn-Al5% σύμφωνα με 10244-2, Class A. Το γαλβανισμένο σύρμα και τα συρματόσχοινα ενίσχυσης διατίθεται επίσης με πρόσθετη επικάλυψη πολυμερούς. Οι μηχανική συμπεριφορά του προϊόντος (αντοχή εφελκυσμού, αντίσταση στη διάτρηση) είναι στο ίδιο επίπεδο με αυτή του Steelgrid της Maccaferri.

Additionally, progressive surface erosion compromised the slope’s stability, increasing the likelihood of larger-scale failures. Given the ongoing hazard and public safety concerns, an urgent and durable remedial solution was required.
